Mr. Kamal Thapa (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Thapa was born and raised in Nepal having worked more than 20 years in the field of mountain biodiversity conservation across Nepal Himalayas. Thapa has dedicated his career in globally reputed research and conservation-based organizations such as Annapurna Conservation Area Project, Ev-K2 CNR and WWF Nepal. Mr. Thapa has extensively traveled to the fringe of the Mt. Kangchenjunga, Mt. Everest, Gaurishankar, Langtang, Annapurna, Dhorpatan and in Dolpa plateau of mountain and in Terai throughout the country. Mr. Thapa has initiated and led the project tracking snow leopard in Nepal i. e. he has involved intensively to scan on tracks, remote trail camera, non-invasive genetic research, satellite GPS telemetry including monitoring demographic structure of trophy species such as blue sheep and Himalayan tahr. Not limited to this, he also has involved in conducting tiger survey and Greater one horn rhino census in Chitwan National Park. Mr. Thapa has mentored and supervised about 100 students, young researchers, park staff and members of community-based organizations on biodiversity monitoring technique and conservation. In turn, now has envisioned and established community-based snow leopard monitoring system in the Greater Himalaya of Nepal.
Ms. Laxmi Pun (Tourism Expert)
Ms. Laxmi Pun born in Ghorepani of Annapurna Conservation Area having a master on tourism management with “A” grade trekking guide recognized by government of Nepal. Ms. Pun have more than two decades’ experiences on tourism industry especially in high mountain of Nepal. She started her career on teaching profession and then worked for National Trust for Nature Conservation- Annapurna Conservation Area Project, and UNDP as a tourism expert.Ms. Pun intensively and extensively involved to develop tourism management plan, facilitated tourism enterprises development and core team member of new trekking routes identification and management. Along with this experiences, she capacitated more than 100 entrepreneurs for the tourism sector. Her dream is to play catalyst role for exchange the knowledge in between you and people of greater Himalaya.
Mr. Sujeet Kumar Shrestha (Natural Resources Expert)
Mr. Shrestha is a true naturalist and result-driven, born in near Bardia National Park, low land of Nepal. He devoted his career more than two decades in the various national and globally reputed conservation and development institutions across Nepal Himalaya i. e. Annapurna Conservation Area Project, SNV Nepal/ UNDP, Center for Rural Technology- Nepal, WWF Nepal- Kangchenjunga Conservation Area Project, and The Mountain Institute (TMI) especially for sustainable development program. He contributed his tenure especially for eco-tourism development, capacity building of young generation, and business plan development for local market across Nepal Himalaya. On his tenure in various organizations Mr. Shrestha developed local institutions for sustainable development program. Mr. Shrestha is dreaming for betterment of nature and culture of greater Himalaya.

General Guide: Mr.Mangal Thakali
Mr. Thakali was born in Mustang region( The Trans- Himalyan Region) of Nepal in 1973, and started his career as a trekking guide since 1992. Mr. Thakali do have in depth knowledge on culture and religion of diverse indigenous people across the country, especially in Mountainous region peoples.
Peak Climber: Mr. Ngawang Sherpa (two times Mt. Everest summiteer)
Mr. Nagwang Sherpa was born in 1995 in Khumbu region of Nepal Himalaya, he has scaled the Mt. Everest twice. He started on trekking profession in 2003 and then Mr. Sherpa has climbed about 50 peaks in Nepal. Mr. Sherpa is a young and energetic personality and has wider expedition experiences across Nepal Himalayas.
